Privacy notice

Heimstatt is registered as a controller under the Data Protection Act. We hold the land register as published and the listings supplied by agents. We do not publish the names of owners on listing or estimate pages.

When you save a search we keep the search, not your name. When you contact an agent through us, your message is passed to the agent and a copy is kept for six months.

You may ask what we hold about you by writing to the data protection officer at our registered office in Vellmar. We will reply within one month.
