How is the estimate worked out?

From the recorded sales on the street, carried forward by the national price index, and adjusted for floor area. It is an estimate and not a valuation; a lender will send its own surveyor.

Why is my home on Heimstatt?

Every home in the land register has a page. The page does not show who lives there. The owner is shown as private; the land register itself is public and an extract may be requested from any home's page.

How do I arrange a viewing?

Through the agent named on the listing. Heimstatt does not hold keys.

A listing has the wrong number of bedrooms.

Tell the agent. We publish the particulars as the agent sends them.

Can I remove my home from Heimstatt?

No. The register is public. You may ask for the estimate to be reviewed.
