About Heimstatt

Heimstatt lists the homes that licensed estate agents have for sale and to let, and publishes an estimate for every other home in the land register. The estimates are worked each month from the sales recorded against each street and the national price index.

Owners do not need to ask for an estimate. Every registered home has one. An owner who believes an estimate is wrong may write to us with the particulars of a recent sale on the same street, and we will look at it.

Heimstatt does not buy or sell homes and does not act for buyers or vendors. Listings come from the agents, who are responsible for their particulars under the Estate Agents Act.
